Regena Hammock is a serial entrepreneur, writer, inspirational/motivational speaker, and life/business coach.  She is a gynecologic cancer survivor with experience in marriage, motherhood, sisterhood, womanhood, and hardships. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HEY, Sister (Helping Elevate You, Sister Inc.) HEYSister.org, a social-empowerment and welfare organization for women and their families with a focus on disadvantaged women of color.

HEY, Sister is devoted to developing programs to systematically bring positive change and outcomes to all in need. As a bridge to supportive services, the organization has spearheaded three initial programs:  KIDS CAN (KIDS Confident and Noble), an anti-bullying campaign; Flight Before Fight, a domestic violence awareness and prevention program; and, HEY, Sister, Live Healthy.
